What's a credit, and how far do they go?

One credit is one generated document. Costs run from 1 credit for an invoice or quote up to 8 for a full business plan or marketing strategy, and every tool is listed on this page. Longer documents cost more because they take more to produce. Regenerating after a tweak costs the same again. Starter's 300 credits a month comfortably cover a typical small business.

Do unused credits roll over?

On any paid plan, unused monthly credits roll over, up to twice your monthly allowance. Credits from one-off packs and top-ups never expire. (Free-plan credits don't roll over.)

Can I change plan or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like from your billing settings. It's a standard monthly or annual subscription through Stripe, and cancelling stops any future charges.

Do you offer refunds?

Because plans and packs give you immediate access to digital content, the standard 14-day cancellation right ends once you start generating, and credits you've already used aren't refundable. If something's gone wrong, email support@vizivo.ai and we'll put it right.

A one-off pack or a subscription: which is right for me?

The pack is one payment for 300 credits and 60 days of unwatermarked PDF and Word export, with nothing to cancel. It suits a single job: get your documents done properly and walk away. A subscription is cheaper per month and keeps building your Business Memory, so each month's documents start ahead of the last. The pack costs a little more because you are paying to not have a subscription. If you will use Vizivo beyond one job, the subscription is better value.

Is my business data private?

Yes. Your Business Memory is private to your workspace. It is never shared with other accounts, never used to train anyone's AI models, and deleted when you delete your account. Your data is processed under UK GDPR.
