Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Vizivo (“the Service”), operated by Vizivo Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17345034) (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Vizivo provides AI-assisted tools that generate documents and content (business plans, invoices, quotes, proposals and similar) from information you provide. Output is generated by artificial-intelligence models and provided as a first draft for your review.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
3. Plans, credits and billing
- Paid plans renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Plans include a monthly credit allowance. Unused plan credits roll over for one further billing period, then expire. Separately purchased credit packs do not expire while your account remains active.
- Credits are consumed per generation at the rate shown on each tool. If a generation fails, its credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
- Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- Prices are shown in GBP and may change with reasonable notice for future periods.
4. Refunds and digital content
Vizivo supplies digital content that is made available to you immediately on purchase. By purchasing, you consent to that immediate supply and acknowledge that you therefore lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel digital content under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once access has begun.
Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act (for example where the service is faulty or not as described) are unaffected, and we will always provide refunds required by law. Beyond that, refunds are at our discretion: because credits are consumed to produce documents at real cost, we may decline or reduce a refund for credits that have already been used. Failed generations are always refunded automatically to your credit balance.
We may withhold refunds, reverse credits and suspend accounts where we reasonably suspect abuse — for example repeated purchase-use-refund cycles or payment disputes.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- generate unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or infringing content;
- misrepresent AI-generated output as independently verified professional advice;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- resell or provide automated access to the Service without our written agreement.
6. Your content and output
You retain ownership of the information you submit and, to the extent permitted by law, we assign to you our rights in the generated output. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. We process your inputs to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Data processing (business customers)
Where you use the Service to process personal data about other people (for example client names and addresses on invoices, quotes or proposals), you are the data controller and we act as your data processor. In that role:
- we process that personal data only to provide the Service, on your instructions;
- we use the sub-processors necessary to run the Service — including our AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google), hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), authentication (Clerk), payments (Stripe), and email and analytics (Resend, PostHog) — under their own data-protection terms;
- content you submit through the Service is not used to train AI models;
- we maintain appropriate security measures and will notify you of any breach;
- on account closure we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Important disclaimer about AI output
Generated documents are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. AI models can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Always review output and, where the stakes warrant it, obtain advice from a qualified professional before acting.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify features, tools or these terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or email, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from reliance on generated output.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On closure, we delete personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
