Getting started with Vizivo

Vizivo produces the documents that run a small business, and it learns your business as you go. Here's the whole loop, start to finish.

1. Sign up and answer four questions

Create your account (30 free credits, no card). Onboarding asks four short questions about your business. Faster still: paste your website address and Vizivo reads it and fills the answers in for you. Either way, this becomes your Business Memory: the durable record of who you are, what you sell, and how you sound.

You can see and edit everything it holds at any time on the Memory page.

2. Fill in the gaps that matter

Two minutes on the Memory page pays for itself many times over. The highest-value fields:

• Business address and VAT number: invoices and quotes carry them automatically.
• Pricing notes and payment terms: documents stop inventing placeholders and start using your real terms.
• Brand voice: a sentence like "plain-spoken, warm, no jargon" noticeably changes how everything reads.

On paid plans you can also upload your logo here. It appears on every PDF and Word export.

3. Generate your first document

Pick any tool. The invoice is a good first run because it's one credit and instantly useful. Notice two things: fields like your business name and address are already filled in from your profile, and the output arrives as a finished, formatted document, not a wall of chat text.

Every document autosaves as you type. Nothing is lost if you wander off.

4. Export and send

PDF on every plan; Word (DOCX) and logo branding on paid plans. Documents live in your workspace forever, reopen one, tweak the inputs, regenerate.

5. Watch it get smarter

After each document, Vizivo extracts durable facts into Memory: payment terms, rates, offerings (you can review and delete any fact). The tenth document sounds more like you than the first. That's the point.
