Teaching Vizivo your business
Business Memory is the reason a Vizivo document sounds like it came from someone who's worked with you for years. Here's exactly how it works, and how you stay in control.
What it holds
Two layers:
- Your profile: structured facts like name, industry, address, VAT number, website, audience, brand voice, pricing notes. You fill these in (or import them from your website) and edit them any time on the Memory page.
- Learned facts: durable truths extracted from the documents you create, such as "standard payment terms are 14 days", "day rate is £280". Each one is visible on the Memory page with where it came from.
Where it's used
Everywhere, in three ways:
- Form prefill: fields like your business name, address and website arrive already filled on new documents. Whatever you type always wins.
- Generation context: every document is written with your profile and the most relevant facts in view, so your VAT number lands on invoices and your voice lands on marketing copy without you asking.
- Consistency: documents in the same project know what else exists there, and journey steps can read earlier steps' documents in full.
Teaching it directly
The fastest way to make Memory useful: the "Remember this" box on the Memory page. Type facts you'd otherwise repeat forever. "We only work within the M25", "Deposits are always 40%". Facts you add yourself are treated as the highest-confidence truth.
Staying in control
- Every fact is visible: nothing hidden.
- Every fact is forgettable: click Forget and it is never used again.
- Memory is private to your workspace: it never trains anyone's models, never crosses into another account, and is deleted with your account.
Wrong fact ruining your documents? Forget it, add a correction via Remember this, and regenerate.
