Using journeys
A journey is a guided sequence of steps toward a business outcome, not a pile of documents, an order of operations.
The three launch journeys
- Launch a Business: from idea to open-for-business. Plan, website copy, marketing, invoicing basics, privacy policy.
- Win More Clients: proposal → follow-up → a repeatable sales motion.
- Get Compliant (UK): the legal basics every UK small business needs.
Start one from the Journeys page. Each run lives inside a project, so everything it produces stays together.
How steps work
Each step opens the right tool with the journey context attached. Generate, and the step completes itself. A Continue journey button appears right under your output so you never lose your place. Changed your mind about a finished step? Reopen it from the journey page and redo it.
Steps build on each other
This is the part that makes journeys more than a checklist: later steps can see the documents earlier steps produced. In Win More Clients, the follow-up email step automatically reads the proposal you generated two steps earlier, so the email references the actual scope and price, not vague pleasantries.
You're always in control of what's referenced: every tool that supports it has a "Reference an existing document" picker. Inside a journey it defaults to that journey's own documents; you can point it at any other document instead (chasing a different proposal, for example).
Journeys teach Memory too
Every step's output feeds Business Memory like any other document, so completing a journey doesn't just produce five documents, it makes the next five better.
